1. License Grant By purchasing our products, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the sounds in your own musical productions. This includes both commercial and non-commercial releases.

2. Prohibited Use You may not sub-license, resell, share, or redistribute our sound kits, individual keygroups, or drum programs in any form, including “trading” with other users. Extracting individual samples to create a new sample pack is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property All sounds, graphics, and software remain the property of Standalone Mode.

4. No Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a download link has been generated or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

5. Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for any data loss or hardware issues resulting from the use of our digital products.
